Founder & Executive Director
I founded Generation Elevate because I've seen what happens when young people have potential but lack guidance, support, and opportunity.
Too often, youth are told what they're doing wrong without being shown what they're capable of becoming. Many aren't missing ambition—they're missing access. Access to mentors, resources, positive influences, career opportunities, and people who genuinely believe in them.
As a young entrepreneur and community leader, I've dedicated my work to creating those opportunities.
Generation Elevate was built to bridge the gap between where young people are today and where they have the potential to be tomorrow. Through prevention, intervention, and elevation programming, I work alongside schools, juvenile justice systems, housing communities, faith-based organizations, and community partners to help youth develop confidence, accountability, leadership skills, and a vision for their future.
What started as a mission to make a difference in individual lives has grown into a commitment to building stronger communities through stronger youth.
Whether I'm leading a workshop, facilitating a detention center session, speaking with community leaders, or developing new partnerships, my goal remains the same:
To ensure every young person knows they are capable of more—and has the support needed to get there.
Why This Matters To Me
I don't believe young people should be defined by their mistakes, circumstances, or zip code.
I believe real change happens when we combine accountability with opportunity, expectations with support, and vision with action.
I believe they deserve people willing to invest in them, challenge them, and help them see possibilities beyond what they currently know.
Generation Elevate exists because I believe one conversation, one mentor, one opportunity, or one program can change the trajectory of a life.
And when enough lives change, communities change too.
