Generation Elevate is a youth and adult intervention organization serving schools, courts, sheriff’s offices, jails, prisons, and re-entry programs across Florida. We provide structured, trauma-informed programming designed to build emotional regulation, accountability, decision-making skills, and long-term stability. Our goal is simple: replace ineffective punitive responses with meaningful, skill-based development that leads to real behavior change.

Our Approach
Our approach combines behavior-focused intervention, trauma-informed instruction, and real-world skill development. Programs are facilitator-led and built to integrate smoothly into school schedules, secure correctional environments, and community supervision settings. Every curriculum is standardized, easy to implement, and measurable—ensuring consistent outcomes across districts and facilities.
Founder
Generation Elevate was founded by Taliyah Hunt, whose work bridges the education, public safety, and re-entry sectors. She built Generation Elevate to provide structure-driven programming that supports positive behavior change, reduces disruption, and strengthens pathways to stability for both youth and adults. Her focus is on scalable solutions that agencies can trust—consistent, professional, and aligned with real-world needs.
